CCM is a cultural center designed to enhance the value of a large plaza within a closed urban block. The intervention proposes a variety of cultural spaces distributed across four distinct modules. The project is elevated on platforms to offer visual continuity over the ground floor, which adopts a permeable character, revealing its interior activity through programs such as offices and a café from which families can keep an eye on their children playing in the park. The upper floors are dedicated to a library, multipurpose rooms, and work studios, while the top level houses medium-stay residential units.
