TERRACE proposes a new way of living through a new way of building. The project is structured around 3D-printed concrete cores from which platforms emerge to shape the living spaces. These cores concentrate circulation and the most private areas, while the communal zones open to interpretation and adapt to the flexibility of each inhabitant. A mobile envelope allows the boundaries to be modulated —expanding or contracting the space, adjusting the thermal volume, and optimizing energy performance. The material palette, with its reddish tones and earthy texture, establishes a serene dialogue with the landscape, integrating itself into the green corridor that spans two kilometers of territory. TERRACE is not merely a construction system but an organic response —an architecture that grows, adapts, and breathes with those who inhabit it.
